Will I be understood?
Yes — and we would rather be precise about this than leave you guessing. Consultations are held in Spanish or in English. If you are more comfortable in English, please contact us on WhatsApp first and we will make sure your appointment is arranged appropriately. We do not have a German-speaking doctor. If German is your language, you are welcome to contact us in writing on WhatsApp in German, but the consultation itself will be in English or Spanish. We do not use automatic translation during a medical consultation. When it comes to your health, we would rather say something plainly than say it approximately.

How to book an appointment

We see patients by appointment only.
Please do not come to the centre without contacting us first. What to bring to your appointment:
- Passport or NIE
- Your insurance card, if you have private or international cover
- A list of any medication you are taking
- Any previous reports, scans or test results, even if they are in another language
Insurance, invoices and medical reports
You will leave with something in writing. After your consultation we can provide a written medical report in English, which is what your insurer, your doctor back home or a specialist here will need.
Itemised invoices. We issue a detailed invoice so that you can claim the cost back from your insurance company.
International insurers. We work with private patients and with several Spanish insurers. If you hold an international policy, tell us the company when you book and we will confirm before your appointment whether we can invoice them directly or whether you will need to pay and claim.
